A couple of weeks ago we told you about our Medical Mission Intensive course we were taking and asked you to pray for us. We want to follow up and say thank you for praying for us and that it was a success. Not only did we learn a lot but we really enjoyed the course.
As most of you know, we saw a need for some medical experience while we were living in Bolivia last year. It was a real eye opener for how God uses medical missions to open hearts and doors in remote villages.
These past two weeks we spent 11-12 hours a day in the classroom and we learned how to diagnose the most common diseases/illnesses found on the mission field and how to help treat these problems. We also learned how to handle certain emergencies, child birth and some dental work. Obviously, we did not become
below is our newest prayer letter. We would like to add a prayer request. For the next two weeks we will be attending a medical missions course. It is suppose to be an intense course to teach us some things for working with village nationals in remote ares. Please pray for us as we take this course to be able to obtain the large amount of knowledge they plan to teach us in the next two weeks.

The months are passing very quickly as we prepare to leave for language school in Bolivia. Our goal is still set for March of this coming year.

As most of you know, we have been in Bolivia for the past week and will be here for one more week. You know that we had some personal plans in mind for this trip. This is a trip to help prepare ourselves to move here next year. Also, to try and settle some issues on the church property we have been trying to buy.
We were able to bring a total of 4 bags with us but they were costly. We had to pay $540 to get them here. But then again, when you are moving personal items and things that cannot be bought here, what else are you going to do? I thought it interesting that God had already supplied that money.
